  • How often does the wine club ship?

We ship once monthly, approximately the third week of the month.

  • When will you charge my credit card?

Charges for each shipment run during the first week of each month. We will always contact you in advance to remind you, and to offer detailed information about that month’s shipment.

  • Does this price include shipping?

Annual subscription members have shipping fees waived. Short-term subscriptions and all other purchases are subject to a flat $25 shipping fee.

  • Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to all states except the following: AL, DE, HI, KY, MS, OK, SD, UT. We do not ship internationally. Other exemptions may apply according to the individual featured winery. 

  • Is someone required to be present to sign for deliveries?

Yes, an adult 21+ must be present for delivery. One easy way to navigate this is to have the wine shipped to your place of business where an adult will be present.

  • Will my delivery come with any information about the wines?

We include printed tasting notes and context for the wines in every box. We also send you links to our exclusive winemaker interviews. 

  • Can I request bottle substitutions?

At this time, we cannot always guarantee that substitutions will be accommodated–but please feel free to ask! Meanwhile, we are confident you and your friends will enjoy the wines that we hand-select for you.


  • Can I send a package as a gift? 

Absolutely! These shipments and subscriptions make excellent gifts. Just check “gift” at registration, and be sure to enter the recipient’s address.

  • Can I include a gift note?

No problem. We are happy to email a gift note at the time you register for your shipment.

Please note that we close for the Christmas holiday. Gift messages sent after 4 p.m. PST on 12/24/20 will not reach their intended recipient until 1/1/21.
